Policy & Guidelines

Before Your Appointment

  • Please come with your hair washed and dry. If your hair is not clean and dry before your appointment, you may be subject to a fee or cancellation of your appointment. I do offer shampoo and conditioner as a service, for a fee, but not included with the initial price of braids or other styling services.

  • ADDING HAIR IS AN EXTRA FEE  and may only be included when booking 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. 

  • Please be on time for your appointment. If for any reason you are going to be late, I ask that you notify me as soon as possible. I do not charge a late fee, but I do reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are not here at your scheduled time.

  • A $25 deposit is required for booking all services. Your deposit will be added to your total cost of service (for example if your service costs $150 and you pay $25 the remainder balance will be $125 at the time of appointment) Deposits are NON-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and will need to secure a new deposit for a different day and time unless the appointment is cancelled by me.

  • My preferred forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, or ApplePay. Payment is due at the time of the appointment no exceptions.

  • I use my own products for hair but if there is something special that you prefer to use, please feel free to bring it.

  • Absolutely No extra people with you to your appointment. Only exception is minor children who may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Upon arrival, please park your car across the street from my home by the park in guest parking.

  • I offer a clean and warm environment, complimentary bottled water & beverages, snacks and free Wi-Fi but feel free to bring your own food and drinks.
